  • Customized or stitched orders may take additional time, which will be communicated during order confirmation.

Estimated delivery time after dispatch:

  • Within India: 3–10 business days

  • International Orders (if applicable): 10–21 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on the courier service, location, holidays, or unforeseen delays.


3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges will be communicated at the time of order confirmation.

  • Charges vary based on destination, weight, and courier partner.

  • Free shipping may be offered during special promotions.


4. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order is shipped, we will share the tracking number and courier partner details via Instagram DM.

  • Customers can track their parcel directly on the courier’s website.


5. Delays & Exceptions

House of Lucknawi is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by courier partners

  • Incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer

  • Delivery attempts when the customer is unavailable

  • Weather conditions, holidays, or external disruptions

If a package returns due to an incorrect address or customer unavailability, reshipping charges will apply.


6. International Shipping

If you want international shipping included, you may use the following:

  • Customs duties, taxes, or import charges (if any) must be paid by the customer.

  • Delivery times vary by country and customs clearance.


7. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Provide clear photos/videos of the damage and the packaging.

For lost packages:

  • We will coordinate with the courier partner, but final responsibility lies with the shipping company.

  • Refunds for lost parcels are handled according to courier policies.


8. Change of Shipping Address

  • Address changes can be made before dispatch only.

  • Once shipped, the address cannot be changed.
